After collecting the 3D & 2D product drawing information including the specific product requirement from the clients for analysis and evaluation. Our tool designer starts to design the mould structure & prepare the DFM and quotation for customer cross- checking.
Plastic moulding is the process of pouring liquid plastic into a certain container or mould so that it hardens in that customized shape.
Insert injection molding is the process of molding or forming plastic parts around other, non-plastic parts, or inserts.
Overmolding is a special plastic molding process where one kind of plastic material is injected and formed in a plastic mold followed by a secondary molding mold to be injected into the same kind of material or another plastic material.
Silkscreen/pad printing is widely applied in the plastic manufacturing process and such secondary processing can color your brand and logo.
In addition, we have a fully automatic and manual spray line to match different customer requirements that can present your logo and image in the most accurate colors. Throughout the whole screen printing and pad printing process, we do not hire contractors and carry out the entire production in-house.
This efficient and quality pouring and sealing technology is widely used in many industries, for example automotive, mobile phones, electronic products, furniture or medical technology.
We are currently able to produce IP66 to IP68-rated products, e.g. when adhering seal rings to plastic parts for achieving waterproof and dustfree function.
